Everyone I talk to is ready to turn the calendar over to 2010. To put 2009 behind us and move one. Will the economy be better? Your guess is as good as mine.
One thing I do know. Pessimists make poor leaders. People don't get motivated to perform their best by considering the worst case scenario.
I don't advocate acting a fool and ignoring the facts. However, I do recommend finding some business potential, some opportunity to exploit, and generating some personal and professional excitement.
